Hybrid programs that blend self-paced learning with live coaching are also available. Every engagement is customized to the scope and sensitivity of the situation.
Outplacement is employer-funded. The departing employee receives all services at no personal cost. Many organizations include outplacement as part of a severance package. We work directly with HR and leadership to scope the program and manage billing.
