The model is available in three implementation tiers: a 90-day sprint, a 6-month comprehensive journey, and a train-the-trainer certification for internal scaling.

Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation where we learn your challenges, team dynamics, culture, and goals. From there, we design a program proposal within 48 hours that includes customized case studies, role-play scenarios, and discussion topics specific to your industry and real challenges. Nothing is off the shelf. We partner with your HR and talent team to ensure immediate relevance and buy-in from participants.

It depends on the tier. The 90-Day Sprint includes a one-day kickoff workshop plus six bi-weekly group coaching sessions with interim assignments. The 6-Month Journey includes monthly half-day workshops plus monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. The Train-the-Trainer certification is a three-day intensive plus observed practicums. All programs are designed to integrate with work schedules, not compete with them.

We define success metrics with you before the program begins. Common metrics include improvement in employee engagement scores, reduction in voluntary turnover for participating managers' teams, participant feedback scores, and internal promotion rates. We administer pre- and post-program assessments and can coordinate with your HR team for engagement survey data. A detailed outcomes report is provided at program conclusion.
